• Items without original packaging or tags
• Customized or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)
• Any return request raised after 48 hours of delivery

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

• Only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• If the item qualifies as defective, damaged, or wrong.
• If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the **original payment method within 7–10 business days**.

4. Exchange Policy

• Exchange is only offered for **size issues or wrong item shipped**.
• Subject to availability of the product in stock.
• Customer must return the original item before exchange dispatch. Once your exchange is approved, the product will be delivered to you within **4-7 business days**.
